EMBOSSING ROLLERS
Designs and functions such as strength, flexibility, ventilation, contact area and polarization are given by embossing rollers to materials such as paper, film, metal foil, nonwoven fabric and cloth. Customers are also able to select various patterns and methods including steel-match embossing and micros embossing.
EXAMPLES OF EMBOSSING ROLLER USE
Single-sided embossing – put pattern on single side of the material’s surface, double-sided embossing – put pattern on both side of the material’s surface, steel-match embossing – put thick and deep pattern on the material’s surface like the copper sheet, toilet paper, etc., micro embossing – put micro pattern on the material’s surface for optical use, we suggest best embossing by kind of materials and your use.
